Functional Fitness Exercise Class
Directed by Lorri Munafo
NHS Sisterhood members enjoyed a light breakfast at 10:00 a.m. and then had a brief sisterhood business meeting. The program this month was an exercise class led by Lorri Munafo, who also directs fitness classes at the JCC. Everyone had a great time working out together.
